Beach Town Throw Down Annual Competition

This two-day event will begin on Saturday, withboth Individuals and Teams working out on both days.  Both will perform a minimum of 5 WODs (we reserve the right to include a FINALs WOD for Rx only).  There will be check-in opportunities late Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning.  The first heat on Saturday and Sunday will begin at or around 9am with the anticipation of wrapping up Sunday at or around 4pm.

Divisions will include (subject to meeting a competitive number registrations)

  • Individual:  Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Teens (13-15 and 16-18), Masters (35-44 and 45+)
  • Teams:  4-person - MMMM, FFFF, MMFF - Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters (45+ CoEd ONLY | NO 35+ will be offered)

Great group of vendors and judges were awesome! This was my 2nd year coming from West Virginia and planning on making it back next year!!!

I loved every aspect of it, can’t wait til next year!

This was my first year participating and I enjoyed everything, including the synchro wod 🙃🤪!  You all did a great job!  

The judges were great, the venue was nice, and the workout flows were great, and the vendors were great.  Everything was great.

Premier Location

We're stoked to join forces again with Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium. Their kickass location is only a few blocks from the beach. With endless room and awesome amenities, this venue provides epic accommodations. We're psyched to take full advantage of the event possibilities this year!

Athlete Divisions

We're all about giving you plenty of options to meet your CrossFit needs! But sometimes, things don't go as planned and we have to make some changes. Don't worry though, we're here for you and we're listening. We'd love to offer every division under the sun, but we need your help spreading the word to your CrossFit buddies and getting them involved in this awesome competition!

We offer FREE parking and Entrance into the event, more bathrooms, more space and more CrossFit hospitality. We also offer FREE spot on the beach, great restaurants and an amazing night life.
